Very warm. I’m 5’10” and weight 190 and an XL was perfect. The large was fine but rode up my crotch when I raised my arms. I’d say get Large if you’ll always wear is alone and XL if you plan on wearing clothes underneath.

I absolutely love this one piece jump suit offered from Rothco. I ordered the XL size and it fits me perfect! My body size is just a 'hair' over 6 foot tall and 185 pounds in weight. The quality of the material is really 'supurb' for the price paid for this product. You won't be disapointed. I really expect this suit to last me for many years to come.AGAIN . . . . .
